Sound familiar?

You're still showing up. That's exactly why this goes unnoticed.

01

Running on empty, performing fine

You're still delivering. No one at work would guess what it's costing you to get there.

02

A focus problem you've outworked for years

Lists, late nights, and willpower have covered for something that may have a name.

03

Mood swings you've learned to mask

You can hold it together for a 9am. What happens after the call ends is different.

04

A wait list that doesn't fit your life

Insurance-panel psychiatry means months of waiting. You don't have months.

Self-Pay · Priority Access

Happy Hour Priority

Built for people whose time, privacy, and pace of life don't fit a standard insurance appointment.

Treatment Plan $400 Initial  ·  $200 Follow-Up

  • +Seen in 48–72 hours, not 6–8 weeks. Most new patients are scheduled within two business days.
  • +A full 60-minute evaluation — real time to get your history right the first time.
  • +30–45 minute follow-ups, long enough to actually adjust care, not just renew a script.
  • +Direct portal messaging between sessions — medication questions handled, not waitlisted.
  • +No insurance company in the room — no diagnosis codes dictating your treatment plan.

Meet Ketnie Aristide

PMHNP-BC · Founder, Happy Hour Therapeutics

I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing from Columbia University. I founded Happy Hour Therapeutics because I kept seeing the same thing: smart, capable people managing real mental health conditions with willpower, because the system made real care too slow, too rushed, or too hard to access.

"You don't have to be falling apart to deserve real care. You just have to be done settling for the bare minimum."

My approach is direct and practical. No jargon, no judgment, and a treatment plan built around your actual life. I specialize in anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, PTSD, and burnout in people who are still performing well — and working hard to stay that way.

Haitian. Proud of it. Mental health advocate. Also: gym, good food, good trips.

How it works

Three conversations. No runaround.

First

A real evaluation

60 minutes, virtual, on your schedule. Your history, your symptoms, what's actually going on — not a checklist.

Then

A plan you understand

If medication makes sense, we build the plan together. If it doesn't, we say so. Either way, you leave knowing the why.

Ongoing

Care that keeps pace

Follow-ups are long enough to matter. Messaging between sessions means small issues don't wait three weeks.

Common questions

Before you book

What makes Happy Hour Priority different from a regular appointment?

Speed and depth. You're seen within 48–72 hours instead of waiting weeks, your sessions run longer than a standard insurance-panel slot, and you get direct messaging access between visits — so care doesn't pause until your next appointment.

I'm not in crisis — I'm just stretched thin. Is this still for me?

Yes. Most clients aren't in crisis. They're busy people who've been managing on willpower for too long and want care that actually fits their life before things get worse.

Why would I pay out of pocket instead of using insurance?

Insurance often means a 6–8 week wait and a 15-minute med check. Happy Hour Priority means seen in 48–72 hours, a full 60-minute evaluation, and no insurance company dictating your treatment plan. If you'd rather use your benefits, I'm still paneled in CT, FL, NJ, and NY.

What happens after I book?

You'll get a confirmation and a short intake form to complete before your appointment — nothing lengthy. Your evaluation happens over a secure video visit at the scheduled time. No waiting room, no office paperwork.

Is this confidential?

All sessions run through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. Self-pay also means no insurance company has a record of your diagnosis or treatment.

What states can you see me in?

Connecticut, Florida, New Jersey, and New York. You'll need to be physically located in one of these states at the time of your appointment.
