Your journey with us begin with a 60-minute evaluation focusing on your symptoms and work toward a diagnosis. We use this time to review your current presentations as well as your medication, medical, family, and psychiatric history. We consider whether medication management would be appropriate for you and come up with a plan together to help you move in a new direction. Each treatment plan is individualized and catered to each patient.
** Please note: Many people require more than one appointment to appropriately diagnose and develop a plan of care**
Our 30-minute medication management sessions are designed to provide efficient and effective support for individuals adhering to prescribed psychiatric medications. During these sessions, our providers focus on optimizing medication regimens to ensure the best possible outcomes for each individual's mental health. Your care will be closely monitored through regular follow-ups to assess how well the medication is working and make adjustments if needed.
Psychoeducation and wellness are structurally integrated during each session with information, skills, and resources to enhance your individualized mental health and overall well-being. They include but not limited to coping strategies, self-care practices, managing emotions and personal growth & development. The goal is to empower participants with knowledge, skills, and support to enhance their mental health and lead more fulfilling lives.
All sessions are conducted via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms. Whether you’re at home, on a break at work, or in your car, you’ll receive the same high-quality, confidential care wherever you are. No waiting rooms, no travel time—just you and your provider, ready to work together toward your mental wellness goals.
